The Nicolet Student Services Department consists of four full-time counselors, a social worker, and school psychologist working collaboratively towards helping students achieve personal, academic, college, and career readiness while maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle.  Students are assigned a school counselor who remains with them throughout high school.  The counselors follow a curriculum structured around the American School Counselor Association (ASCA) National Model.  Counselors schedule meetings with students every year to help promote and develop personal and academic growth.
